They offer free support, advice and information. If they cannot help you they will try and find someone who can.

Countywide they offer:

• Confidential Support - the opportunity to share your concerns and feelings in a confidential and supportive atmosphere either through countywide carers groups or home visits from local support workers (can be arranged as necessary)
• Information and advice - on statutory and voluntary services available to help you and your family including equipment, adaptations, holidays, respite and day care and how to obtain them
• Finances - help to access disability and carers' benefits. Financial assistance for equipment, holidays and taking a break.
• Carers' Newsletters - free regular carers' newsletters providing up-to-date relevant information.
